United States Jobs - To provide clerical, administrative and research support to the Division of Small Business Development Office (SBDO) of the City Manager’s Office. Essential Job Functions: Types letters, memoranda, and reports utilizing a computer with spreadsheet and word processing software. Conducts research and compiles information for monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annual Assessment and Evaluation Activity Reports of SBDO businesses; submits reports to supervisor and to City Manager. Receives calls and visitors; takes messages; answers questions and provides information to callers and visitors; directs callers to the appropriate personnel; receives and sorts incoming mail and delivers to appropriate personnel. Establishes and maintains hard copy and computerized filing and record-keeping systems of SBDO-related materials.
