Solutions Specialist I @ ACDI

Here at ACDI, our Solutions Specialist I (SS) is an entry level role into the sales world of ACDI. The SS will be responsible for calling on both existing ACDI Dealers and prospecting new dealers to sell the value of ACDI’s product portfolio.

The SS will be responsible for a specific territory. Within that territory, the SS will call on existing ACDI dealers with the goal of increasing sales and building relationships. The SS will also call on new dealers and build relationships through calls, sales training, and email campaigns. We want the SS role to qualify the dealer to ensure they are on board with ACDI and see the value of ACDI’s products.

ACDI’s Solutions Specialist I daily rundown

Proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market ACDI’s solutions to potential customers Cold-calling is a requirement Use strong selling and influencing skills to grow sales in defined territory Use ACDI’s sales approach and selling techniques to build relationships and close business Work closely with the Solutions Manager (SM) for territory sales growth Ability to present ACDI’s products both internally and externally Ability to manage time well between calls, meetings, and sales training 50% of time on calling and building relationships with dealers 30% of time training dealers on ACDI’s Products 20% of time working internally with SM to grow territory Utilize ACDI’s social media outlets to drive sales Strong knowledge of ACDI’s CRM product, ZoHo, to effectively manage quotes, orders, and sales pipeline Understanding of how to track, manage, and monitor incoming leads and prospects

Experience & Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred
Sales and prospecting experience preferred
Familiarity with Google applications sets you apart
Strong professional communication skills (via phone, email and in-person), problem solving, negotiation skills, technical capacity, and collaboration
Experience leveraging social media to market our brand and our products (LinkedIn, Facebook, twitter, Instagram, etc.)
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively, anticipate upcoming needs, and prioritize work

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time Must be able to lift 30 pounds Ability to travel and fly on a commercial airliner if needed May be required to furnish a passport or other identity documents for international travel

Work Environment

Moderate noise level, bullpen environment Fast paced, encouraging, and positive Employee may be required to furnish adequate internet services, mobile services and devices necessary to receive business communications on a continual basis
