Summary/Objective

This position is responsible for planning and executing sales goals to produce new accounts.

Essential Functions

• Aggressively identify, pursue and acquire a new customer base to generate and maintain profitability to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Evaluate a customer's needs by conducting waste audits (needs analyses) and provide recommendations to fulfill those needs using consultative sales techniques.
• Develop strong business relationships in order to grow revenue within existing accounts by identifying new business opportunities for the company.
• Develop a clear understanding of customer’s business and critical requirements through communication and visits to customer’s facilities.

Work Environment

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
