Full Job Description

USAble Life is looking for remote Business Systems Analyst contractors of various levels to perform systems analysis, data analysis, and production support for company applications and administration systems. The length of the contract will be between 6-12 months, and pay will be based on experience.

The individual will contribute to moderate to large profile projects. Essential duties will include requirements gathering, configurations, testing, training and go live support. The individual may work with vendors to resolve issues, deliver system enhancements and support the application. Based on abilities and assignment, the individual may serve as a technical expert on all aspects of data & application support and will track escalated issues, perform root cause analysis, implement solutions, and support large group initiatives.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Understanding of general system design and client server environments
• Expert problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels
• Understanding of project management methodologies
• Ability to effectively facilitate meetings

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience or demonstrated competency.
• Minimum 2 years and potentially up to 6+ years of programming, systems analysis, or business analysis experience, equivalent work experience and/or demonstrated competency.
• Experience working in a team-oriented collaborative environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with FIS Compass
• Experience working with FINEOS
