**Description:** Performs and oversees a variety of janitorial/custodial tasks to maintain clean and safe building/grounds\. Maintains premises, rest and working areas of offices and industrial buildings in clean, sanitized and orderly condition\. Performs a combination of dusting furniture, walls; sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, waxing, or buffing floors; removing refuse; polishing furniture, fixtures, or trimmings; stocking janitorial supplies; and cleaning and disinfecting rest rooms\.

Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
\-Successful completion of the Career Readiness Certificate \(CRC\) with a status of bronze level or higher
\-This job will require lifting of up to 30 pounds
\-Ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment
\-Must possess a valid drivers license
\-Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
Ability to work under minimum supervision
Ability to follow directions so work is done as efficiently as possible
Flexibility in work schedule to support LM Commitments \(company sponsored events and production support\)
