Organizational Change Management Analyst - On-call - ICF (Arkansas)

ICF is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) professional to support a variety of project opportunities. This part-time opportunity will provide you with expert roles on a variety of projects and continued engagement with change management experts, while expanding your consulting skills. This position will be in the Washington, DC area, part time telework and part time on-site.

The ideal candidate will:

+ Contribute to cross functional teams at scale in complex environments while developing innovative solutions and/or services

+ Contribute proven methods and strategies to project teams to cultivate effective organizational change and transformation

+ Provide expert consulting to increase clients’ adoption of IT and other initiatives (i.e., policies, procedures, structural changes)

+ Independently design and facilitate strategic planning events to identify a client’s desired future state and create OCM plans

+ Conduct organizational assessments to determine how jobs, roles, and structures should change to meet a desired future state

+ Develop OCM strategies and roadmaps to improve adoption of a wide range of client initiatives

+ Create communications to support change management (e.g., global email announcements, promotional materials, briefings, training materials)

+ Manage development and execution of communications materials, such as fact sheets, job aids, instructional guides, Web content, briefings, and presentations

+ Support client teams to develop stakeholder outreach and engagement efforts that cultivate awareness, understanding, buy-in, and support for change initiatives

+ Work with multiple team members to recommend, develop, and implement OCM strategies

+ Conceptualize, coordinate, and prepare client-ready products that meet both company and client standards and needs

+ Serve as a liaison to high-ranking stakeholders to convey information regarding change management and organizational development

+ Support the design, development, implementation, and revision of project plans and adhere to established timelines

Experience:

+ 10+ years of professional work experience

+ Experience and knowledge of organizational assessment and change management principles, methodologies, and tools

+ Demonstrated experience producing organization-wide communications and communication strategies

+ Bachelor's degree, Master’s Degree, MBA or similar equivalent work experience

Preferred Skills/Experience:

+ Experience leading change management, workforce development, and communications activities for organizational transformation initiatives

+ Experience with continuous improvement and project management approaches, tools, and phases

+ Familiarity with agile software development methods and practices

+ Oral presentation and facilitation skills

Professional Skills:

+ Ability to design, deliver, and implement an organizational transformation initiative through all lifecycle stages

+ Ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills to provide insight into project progress

+ Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easily understandable written format

+ Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills to include experience with developing and delivering presentations, editing, and proofreading

+ Excellent facilitation skills within both in-person and virtual formats

+ Ability to develop strong client relationships while working in a fast-paced team environment under strict deadlines with multiple priorities

+ Demonstrated outstanding level of professionalism, including ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, tact, and diplomacy

+ Solid computer skills with Microsoft applications (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

+ Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information
