Shift Time: 4:55 pm - 3:30 am

Pay Rate: $ 11.50 per hour plus $ 1.00 shift differential

Summary Properly arranges breast meat and/or tenders on high speed processing machines so that the meat is properly processed and/or portioned by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Ability to recognize when machine is not functioning properly.

Ability to visually grade product and cull out unacceptable products.

Ability to perform job duties at a pace fast enough to keep up with the capacity of the machine.
