The Opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is searching for an IT Operations Support Analyst to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As an IT Operations Analyst, you will be a significant contributor to developing the regional support framework model. You will work closely with your team to provide technical support for networks, hardware, and software in a hands-on capacity. Our ideal IT Operations Analyst should possess infrastructure experience, be a self-starter, and have a service-oriented approach to IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the assessment of internal and external technology capabilities required to achieve desired competitive positioning.
• Keeps current on new technologies and platforms and provides direction on what emerging technologies should be introduced to respond to business needs.
• Ensure the creation and maintenance of documentation as it relates to systems configuration, network mapping, systems mapping, processes, PCI compliance and service records.
• Collaborates with leadership to assess near and long-term network capacity needs and direction.
• Guide and advise stakeholders about disruptive technologies and trends.
• Sets own goals and holds self and others accountable for achieving goals aligned with current and future business strategy.
• Maintains overall security in line with Corporate Policies on network/systems and our business subsidiaries.
• Ensure the proper documentation of all operations activities related to support of compliance mandates, including PCI (patching), data privacy, and cyber-security.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in the implementation, management and maintenance of information technology infrastructure and IT systems including business and Point of Sale (POS) systems and server technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in infrastructure operations management, including the development and implementation of telecommunication systems, networks, and support services.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IS/CS or a related field preferred.
• Relevant IT experience in a casino gaming environment strongly preferred.
• ITIL (Foundations / ITSM) certification is a plus.
• Knowledge and use of Atlassian products JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
• May be required to travel at least 20% of the time.

Physical Requirements

• May involve lifting occasionally lifting equipment up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to remain in a sitting position for 50% of the time.
• Routine visits to other business locations with potential exposure to loud noise and smokey environments.
