Currently, we are looking for a Student Worker, Cargo Claims and Prevention to join the ABF Freight team. This position is responsible for acknowledging new claims, indexing documents, answering the phones and opening the mail.

Your contribution may include:

* Acknowledge new claims.

* Index documents into proper files.

* Image documents into existing claims.

* Fold and mail claim checks.

* Answer the phone.

* Assist other departmental personnel.

* Other duties and projects, as assigned.

As the Student Worker, Cargo Claims and Prevention, you will be a member of the ABF Freight Cargo Claims and Prevention team in Fort Smith, AR. This position is a part time position that will average fewer than 30 hours per week. Work hours generally fall between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.
