Position Scope:

• Serve as the primary point of contact with Walmart and/or Sam’s Club buyers for assigned product portfolio
• Achieve retail dairy/deli business objectives including sales volume, customer profitability, distribution, merchandising and pricing, customer business planning through effective management of assigned businesses and resources.
• Responsible for coordinating new item presentations and selling-in of new item innovation
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Customer Marketing, Shopper Marketing, IMC, Customer Logistics, etc) in an effort to support brand and customer strategies
• Identify business opportunities to close distribution gaps in portfolio while driving sales volume and profitability by leveraging sales and category trends and developing strategy with cross-functional partners

Qualifications

Experience-Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (4-year college degree)
• Minimum 5 years of consumer package goods and/or related sales experience; including strong knowledge of mass and/or club customers or comparable retail channels
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Experience-Education Preferred:

• MBA
• CPG food industry experience
• Walmart Headquarter experience
