Facilitate the mfg facility initiative of zero harm to employees, contractors, community, and environment.
Lead the local plant in becoming aligned with the values and safety policies by conducting all training and recertification's for employees.
Maintain compliance with all environmental permits and reporting.
Work in a cross functional team with site audits and OSHA and EPA standards
Conduct all investigations, risk assessments, best practices, statistical analysis, MOC's and site PSM compliance and training.
Pay is $90-110k base + relocation + potential growth
Qualifications and Skills
8 years EHS supervisor / Manager exp in chemical, mfg with focus on Environmental experience required.
supervises 1 person and leads initiatives for all EHS programs.
This is not a 60 hour work week and leadership believes on a work life balance!
