This position is responsible for providing or coordinating all services for families in the SWS program. Requires flexibility, high-level communication skills, conflict resolution skills, and ability to work on many projects at one time. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Represent Decision Point and persons served in a positive way to agencies and in the community. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversight of SWS staff Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work or other related field. Two to five years experience in related field, preferably in substance abuse treatment settings. Must be a registered CIT working toward CADC certification.
