Digital Sales Development Specialist - Thermo Fisher Scientific (Arkansas)
What will you do?
+ Develops and execute on promotional tactics to drive eCommerce revenue working with regional sales leaders to support their strategy.
+ Collaborates with functional teams in order to execute tactics while aligning with regional go to market channel strategy.
+ Act as single point of contact for eCommerce, from helping commercial reps troubleshoot customer order issues.
+ Training and single communication point representing eCommerce for the Ccommercial organization. for eCommerce.
+ Drive eNPI revenue to meet/exceed AOP targeetst.
+ Provide basic analytics support for commercial tactics.
How will you get there?
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
+ Direct and channel commercial experience in laboratory sciences or related field.
+ Comfortable working in a matrix environment with many stakeholders with differing priorities.
+ Must be customer centric. Experience working in laboratory using relevant products is a plus.
+ Ability to multitask, organized, be able to prioritize.
+ Ability to make data driven decision and ability to gather opinions of diverse perspectives.
