• coordination of project with ADWS CIO and PUA/UI vendor
• stakeholders requests for information regarding issues and work efforts
• problem escalation determination and resolution identification
• communication of issues and concerns relating to Implementation Vendor.

Responsible for coordinating with Division and Department legal as well as partner Departments

Provides feedback on overall condition of the project.
Provides recommendations on prioritization of work efforts, issue resolution, areas of concern, and next steps.
Manages risk identification and mitigation.
Provides reporting to key stakeholders and call center.
Coordinates data queries to identify problems within the application, potential fraud, and efficiency of work being performed at call centers.
Leads issue identification and problem resolution.
Develops resolutions to identified issues.
Tracks issues through to resolution.
Leads and provides input for requirements.
Makes recommendations for design, features, and functions of the system working with the Implementation Vendor core team.
Provides feedback on overall condition of the project.
