Overview:
Outcome Health is seeking 1099 Service/Installation Technicians. Qualified candidates will complete network-based, audio/visual, Digital Wallboard, and Tablet: service, replacement, and installations at our Member locations.
Previous work exposure in the following areas required:
Wired and wireless network connectivity, troubleshooting and installation
Access Point installation, configuration and troubleshooting
LED/LCD screen wall-mounted installation, configuration and troubleshooting
Tablet installation, configuration and troubleshooting
Wallboard wall-mounted installation, configuration and troubleshooting
Media Player installation, configuration and troubleshooting (using Linux OS)
Current market availability: 60-mile radius of (available market area)
WE ARE SEEKING ESTABLISHED, INSURED INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS. THIS IS ON-DEMAND, 1099 BASED CONTRACT WORK. Candidate must have the resources to complete work in agreed Market Area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete network cabling as necessary/requested
Interact with administrative staff, office managers, doctors, and office personnel in a proactive and courteous manner to achieve the highest level of member service and satisfaction
Perform component repairs or replacements, as assigned
Maintain a clean and orderly work space at all times and leave member locations clean, with work completed to the member’s satisfaction, within Outcome Health guidelines
Skills and Qualifications needed:
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Strong problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Networking experience and proficiency, including wireless technology
Ability to install and terminate CAT-5 cabling
Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing situations
Stooping, kneeling, crouching and standing for long periods of time
Must be able to handle and properly use common power tools and hand tools
Educational/Technical Requirements:
High School diploma
LCD/LED installation experience
CAT-5 cabling/terminating experience is a must
Technical coursework and/or experience (specific to PC networking) a plus
Must have laptop, USB keyboard, mouse and ability to digitally correspond at remote member locations
Must carry General Liability Insurance!
