Parts Counterperson - The Larson Group (Arkansas)
The Larson Group Peterbilt is looking for an experienced Parts Counter person to join our dynamic team at our Lowell, AR location. The potential candidate’s primary responsibility is to sell parts to Company customers. The Parts Counter person should be professional, courteous, and knowledgeable to ensure proper service to all customers.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for answering Parts Department phone calls.
* Work with Outside salespeople with questions and orders.
* Assist in keeping parts shelves clean and organized.
* Responsible for the receiving of payment on all cash tickets
* Responsible for backing up the Back Parts Counter when customer load requires or an employee is absent.
* Helps in ensuring that parts department shelves are properly stocked.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Should possess a high school diploma.
* A College degree or certificate/degree from a trade school is preferred, but not required.
* Experience in a related field is preferred but not required.
* Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check.
