Full Job Description

We are looking for a person to temporarily support the HR Department with administrative duties. The job duties include:

• Scanning
• Electronic filing
• Filing
• Answering the phone

Other duties may be assigned as time allows. A successful HR Administrative Assistant will be courteous and professional at all times, to all people.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will understand how to login to a computer, navigate Windows File Explorer, operate a copying machine, scanner, and fax machine.

Human Resources experience is a plus, but not required.

NOTE

This is a temporary position that could work up to 40 hours per week for up to 6 months.
