Multi-Functional Quality Manager - Lockheed Martin (Arkansas)
**Description:** Responsible for supporting all aspects of Quality and Mission Success as the Site level Quality Assurance Manager for Assigned Program in Camden Operations\. Reporting to the Site Sr\. Quality Manager, this role includes responsibility for defining and executing strategic plans for the assigned quality department, staffing and providing direction to assigned functional quality personnel, act as quality liaison with local product management and cross functional team leaders; requires significant interface with customers including on\-site DCMA\. Knowledgeable and capable of developing and implementing quality systems in support of site Operations program execution while complying with AS9100 Quality Management Systems\.
Successful candidate must be able to drive business improvements into current programs and functional areas while ensuring that effective preventive and corrective strategies are defined and executed\. Supports quality leadership team in implementing strategy and quality assessment processes resulting in timely delivery of compliant processes presented through the DD250 process\.

The Locale: Camden is a city in southern Arkansas\. Camden is located on the Ouachita River, at the end of the navigable river\. Camden is about a two hour drive south from Little Rock, AR\. Basic Qualifications:
Strong understanding and working knowledge of ISO9000 / AS9100 Quality Management Systems\.
Previous quality management experience with product life cycles including development through sales and delivery\.
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to a variety of audiences\.
Skills in root cause analysis and corrective action and auditing\. Lean / Six Sigma trained and/or working knowledge\.
\* Ability to obtain a secret security clearance therefore must be a US Citizen\.
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering / Technical Discipline\.
Experience in quality, or quality engineering in an aerospace industry\.
Working knowledge of SAP, experience in the quality module a plus\.
Knowledge of calibration / metrology systems and familiarity with nondestructive testing processes\.
Product experience / knowledge of Missiles and Fire Control, PAC\-3, Precision Fires, HIMARS or THAAD programs\.
