Senior FP&A Analyst - Robert Half Finance & Accounting (Arkansas)

Description

Our longtime client seeks a Senior FP& A Analyst to add to their growing team! The ideal candidate will have significant experience as a 3+ year staff or senior analyst, well versed in forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting in large organization 500M+.

Duties include:

• Working with a small teal to handle monthly reporting, budgeting, communication and

presentations to management, forecasting, decision support and data analytics

• Working daily in Hyperion, Excel, and oracle

•Supports team in resolution of complex financial issues and assists with ad hoc

analysis for departments

• Develops a deep understanding of company financial systems and processes, and gains

insights into how key operating levels impact financial performance

•Develop and maintain SOP for reporting processes

•Reporting and heavy analytics

•Able to gather data, run analysis, model, and create professional presentations

Ideal candidate will have:

-Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related business field

-Master’s Degree preferred

-Experience in a large 500M+ organization in a financial role

-Deep exposure to budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reporting
