Position Summary:
Full time, regular position as Accounts Payable Administrative Assistant with strong accounts payable experience to support the Land Development Group for a builder located in Fayetteville, AR.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Oversee incoming and outgoing mail and parcels
Maintain supply and equipment stock, determine needs, place request(s) for purchases
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Ability to direct paperwork flow
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe
Ability to organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments
Excellent time management skills
Have a high degree of urgency
Maintain professional appearance
Possess an organized and disciplined personality
Maintain a positive attitude and has the ability receive direction and coaching
Maintains confidentiality at all times while performing job-related duties
Willingness to “go the extra mile” to achieve goals and objectives
Maintain weekly update reports and provide to appropriate parties for variable companies
Maintain departmental records including invoices, server files, and data systems
Process accounting transactions relating to all aspects of trade partner documents and engineering contracts, including purchase orders, pay estimates, invoices, back charges, return credits, adjustments, and letters of credit
Manage the full accounts payable cycle from receipt of invoices to payment. Including coding invoices, matching purchase orders, obtaining approval and entering the invoices into the accounting system.
Obtain and process vendor insurance, W-9 & Vendor set up forms according to company requirements
Communicate with trade partners
Prepare & distribute Purchase Orders
Use the Integrated Homebuilder Management System (IHMS) to process all payments in accordance with Home Office approved standards and procedures
Proficient in data entry
Prepare remittance information when mailing documents
Provide backup to front desk
Minimum out of office errands

Preferred Qualifications:
2 years previous accounts payable experience in a professional environment
