In this role, the Assistant Manager (AM) will partner with the Store Manager to lead and develop the locations professional sales team, focused on exceeding the expectations of our customers. The AM acts as a supporting management presence in the retail store, assisting daily operations and motivation for the Sales Representatives. The position will provide continued development, regarding the AMs experience in management, to ensure professional selling and customer service practices are being achieved by all location Sales Representatives. The AM will also establish a more in depth knowledge about the technology T-Mobile offers and gain valuable experience running a successful business. Training and development, achieved in the AM position, provides the necessary prerequisites for the opportunity of future promotions within MobileOne.

Responsibilities:
The AM is responsible for assisting in the overall store operations and is accountable for personal/store sales as well as the development of a high performing, motivated team.
The AM will also ensure customers are 100% satisfied and help to make their experience unforgettable.
The AM will make sure that customer wait times are as low as possible. Effectively managing customer traffic visiting the store.
The AM will stay current on all products, services, and promotions, and assist the location manager to make sure the Sales Representatives are well informed of all relevant information.
The AM will also help ensure the location is fully staffed at all times. Assisting the Store Manager with the MobileOne Recruiting Program.
The AM will make sure the store always looks its best.

Qualifications:
Prior experience and success in both customer service and sales
Experience managing people, with the unique ability to lead and coach people to deliver desired results
Computer proficient, with the ability to use basic programs like MS Office
A high school degree or GED is required
