Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and charismatic individual to accept a new and exciting challenge in wireless. In this role, you’ll work with independent business owners, carrier representatives, OEMs and end users to drive product sales and awareness as well as gather feedback and suggestions to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will work both independently and within a team environment to build and maintain relationships while establishing mutual trust and lasting friendships along the way. The job duties includes the following:

 Effectively promote and demonstrate all First Orion products including the participation in market sales events, seminars and group training sessions Manage and develop customer/client relationships within assigned sales markets to maximize sales opportunities and product promotion Act as key point of contact for dealer principles and field sales representatives and management Serve as a First Orion subject matter expert Update and implement product training program for new and existing sales associates Serve as a liaison between customers, OEMs, and wireless carrier to identify and resolve product issues Actively participate and report on metrics and status of issues in carrier product reviews and internal operational reviews Represent First Orion with professionalism and superior business acumen Work strategic action plans and communicate sales goals to carrier sales management Daily and monthly reporting as needed by account or management Actively reach out to end users for feedback Manage application feedback channels Assist with quality assurance processes where applicable Coordinate activities and communication with internal Area Managers, Client Management and Operations Teams Required skills:
 Microsoft Office proficient Flexible hours with extensive travel Ability to work in multiple locations and handle multiple accounts Effective communication and interpersonal skills Effective presentation skills both in person and via conference call Strong organizational skills and the ability to work with minimal oversight Clean driving record Self-starter with the ability to make educated decisions to promote First Orion products in an effective manner Nice to Have Skills:
 Bilingual communications (English/Spanish) is highly desirable but not required Previous wireless industry experience Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience Company Benefits:
