Responsibilities and Duties
Store Manager:
1) Interact with customers and ensure they have a great experience
2) Smile and have fun with a positive attitude
3) Lead other team members with humility and be encouraging
4) Ensure team members follow company policies and procedures
5) Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
6) Previous management experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to invest the time and resources in anyone with the aptitude and willingness to grow
Qualifications and Skills
Qualifications:
1) Must have reliable transportation
2) Be able to lift 50 lbs
3) Work in a team environment
4) Have valid driver's license
5) Be willing to work outside and on weekends
