Job Description

Garver’s Water Design Center, a concentrated group of experts in water treatment facility planning and design, is looking to add an Electrical Engineer Intern to our team in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Join our group of professionals who are working with communities throughout the region and are developing solutions for their water needs.

This intern will gain real-world experience in electrical power design, instrumentation and control systems, ladder-logic Programmable Logic Controller programming, and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system development, all while working in a fast -paced, professional setting. Ranked as an ENR Top 500 firm, Garver remains dedicated to providing quality service to our clients and offering opportunities for career growth to our staff.

Requirements

Candidates must have completed their sophomore year in pursuit of electrical engineering degree at an ABET accredited program by summer 2018.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Previous experience with AutoCAD or Microstation design software.

Previous internship experience.

Previous programming experience.
