Sales Analyst in our Timepiece Division.
This position
is responsible
for developing, initiating, coordinating and implementing analytics to help
drive sales and marketing strategies to increasing sales. Crucial responsibilities include:

Analyze Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club business; track special Wal-Mart promotional performance & new SKU rollouts, etc.Forecast & build bottom up Financial Plans.Create weekly POs, SSOs & Whse Push Orders.Initiate, expand, and maintain customer relationships.Enhance overall sales & marketing efforts by reporting on market trends, market feedback & competitors efforts.Track sell through by sub-categories and provides solutions to drive top line sales.Work with Sales Team to develop long and short-term strategies to support Wal-Mart. Monitor customer service needs with Sales Administration. Monitor orders and shipments with Order Service and Shipping.Develop fact based business recommendations, implementing a standard business reporting process with conclusions & identifying scorecard improvements and cost savings opportunities.Manage new item sell in and maintain/grow existing distribution.Assist in development of business reviews presented to both Casio and customer.Assist with development of sales presentations that will aid in the execution of Casio’s strategic business plans.Enter and maintain forecast in eStar/DM system that accurately reflect Wal-Mart's demand.Monitor item setup information to ensure accuracy between WM system and Casio’s.Assist account manager with preparation for line reviews and other internal meetings.Analyze SKU & modular performance to increase sales efficiency.Provide actionable insights regarding opportunities to increase store level sales such as SOTC.Manage Ad hoc, weekly/monthly reporting & report to sales team, corporate planning & WM.Create and develop sales reporting tools.The
ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

Bachelor's degree required.Minimum 3+ years experience in analytical role with Wal-Mart & Sam’s required. Must exhibit current examples of developing account specific analytical programs.Good understanding of EDI/Quick Response/Account specific logistics /GRS, OTIF reportingStrong analytical and quantitative skills (to identify trends & opportunities). In-depth knowledge of WM modular process & replenishment systems.In-depth knowledge of Retail Link & Ad hoc reporting.Proficient with Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel, etc.
