We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Rep to be the face of our company and promote our products and services. If you enjoy communicating with customers both online and offline, we would like to meet you. This position represents Cricket Wireless in our retail store.
Responsibilities

• Post about our products/services online (e.g. social media and forums)
• Network and build trusting relationships with potential customers
• Thoroughly understand our products and services to inform potential customers
• Use word-of-mouth marketing techniques, like referring our company to friends
• Designing and setting up the shop floor display per Cricket Standards
• Maintaining accurate inventory and re-ordering stock items
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPI) as defined by company and industry standards.
• Participate in community events, local marketing events, and public relations activities to develop a positive image for the company in the local community
• Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our no contract products meet those needs
