This locally owned thriving Little Rock business is looking for a highly organized and energetic person to join the team in our Windows & Patio Doors Department. No, you will not have to bruise your knuckles knocking on doors every day; this is an inside position where you have the opportunity to build relationships with other trade professionals and their clients.

We are looking for a career minded fast learner, who thinks it's fun to work in a friendly, fast-paced small business and takes pride in their work. We need someone that is not afraid to handle multiple tasks and interact directly with customers. We need a proactive, positive problem-solver to make our team even better and more productive. Even if you don’t have a Windows and Doors background, we are willing to train the right person.

As a Windows & Doors Product Specialist you will be responsible for:

• Building a business from a large existing customer base while working closely with a sales team
• Helping to identify and welcome new Windows and Patio Doors trade professionals to the customer base
• Working with trade professionals and their clients, to select and quote Windows & Doors projects
• Using online quoting and ordering systems to manage projects
• Quoting and managing the full cycle ordering process for all windows and patio doors projects from inception to completion
• Maintaining pricing and merchandising for the department
• Assisting a sales team with gaining knowledge of Windows and Doors products
• Promote the assigned program
• Leading educational events for trade professionals and sales team

Requirements:

Qualified candidates should have at least 3 years of Inside Sales experience and be able to thrive in a team environment. Windows and Doors Sales experience is required, and project management experience is highly desirable but not required. We are looking for highly organized professional individuals that are passionate about windows, creative problem solvers, and success-driven.

Other requirements include:

• Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service utilizing an enterprise system, preferably in the window and door industry
• Typing by touch and 10-key
• Mill work knowledge is a plus but not a must
• Experience reading CAD drawings preferred, but not required
• Relevant experience coordinating and cooperating with multiple departments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Benefits

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and creative individual. We offer a starting base salary of $45,000 with bonus potential; your first year earnings should be $50,000-65,000 and will increase as you cultivate your relationships with our members. Our showroom operates during business hours 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. We also offer access to healthcare, paid time off, and a retirement plan. We are closed most holidays.
