Summary:
The People organization is the core HR function of Facebook and serves as the team that supports all of our Facebook employees globally. Recruiting is a global organization with the responsibility to hire the best builders for Facebook. As a Sourcing Manager for our People and Recruiting Sourcing Team, you will work closely with recruiting and sourcing leaders, business leaders and cross-functional partners to drive effective sourcing strategies that will grow the People and Recruiting businesses at Facebook. The successful Sourcing Manager will have built and developed sourcing organizations at scale and across complex, dynamic businesses in a global environment.
Required Skills:
1. Define, design and implement scalable sourcing strategies for the People and Recruiting organizations across North America and in close partnership with international regions with a keen focus on impacting company-wide diversity aspirations
2. Mentor and grow geographically dispersed sourcing leaders to build inclusion across diverse teams and build a cohesive culture across the sourcing group
3. Champion career development strategies to grow the talent on our sourcing teams and strengthen their ability to drive greater impact to the business
4. Drive accountability to deliver against global organizational goals across your direct team and through collaboration with international teams while increasing efficiency and productivity
5. Lead collaboration and innovative problem solving across cross-functional partners to develop and execute an attract strategy for People and Recruiting and across the broader global recruiting sourcing community
6. Utilize data to influence the overall recruiting strategy to increase effectiveness of various programs and initiatives
7. Build cross-functional relationships in order to influence global strategy across other Sourcing and Recruiting teams to scale Sourcing innovations outside of the People and Recruiting Sourcing Team
8. Advise business leaders on innovative sourcing strategies utilizing external market insights and intelligence to influence direction
Minimum Qualifications:
9. 8+ years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience
10. 5+ years of experience managing a team of recruiters and/or sourcers
11. Experience designing and implementing global recruiting and/or sourcing strategies
12. Experience collaborating with key business leaders and senior cross-functional partners
13. Experience providing a consultative recruiting approach with internal stakeholders
14. Experience translating data and analysis into strategic sourcing and recruiting processes and recommendations
Preferred Qualifications:
15. 4+ years of experience leading managers within the sourcing function of recruiting
16. Experience delivering large projects, process improvements and managing through change
17. Experience leading non-technical sourcing teams
