Job Summary:
Under routine supervision, this position will primarily assists compiling and analyzing financial information for a specific business unit and/or department within J.B. Hunt. Responsibilities will involve supporting senior management business decisions through financial and business analysis.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist with analysis and review of the organization's financial performance by collecting, analyzing and reporting financial and statistical data
+ Perform other duties as assigned • Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data
+ Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data
+ Create and develop reports and presentations on financial performance for internal use management and operations team
+ Create and utilize automated tools for the updating, analyzing and reporting of consolidated financial results
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Business Finance, or related field, or foreign equivalent, or suitable combination of education, experience and training in a related field; or 1-3 years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Ability to adapt
+ Ability to exercise discretion
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality
+ Ability to maintain professionalism while dealing with difficult individuals
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities
+ Experience in SQL
+ Interest in learning new technologies/software applications
+ Knowledge of Financial Systems
+ Proficient in MS Office Suite, Excel and Access
+ May have the ability to travel up to 50%

Bachelors: Business Administration/Management (Required), Bachelors: Finance (Required), Bachelors: Supply Chain Management (Required), GED (Required), High School (Required)
