Part-time position is 20-29 hours per week. Some company benefits are included. Must be able to work 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at any of our three locations, and possibly 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. if needed.
Pay is $14 per hour.

OVERALL DESCRIPTION OF JOB SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for maintaining the high quality of service offered to residents and assisting in resident needs.

RELATIONSHIPS:
This position reports to the Property Manager, retains relationships with peers and all other departments within the company, maintains relationships with current and prospective residents, and maintains relationships with suppliers, vendors, and others serving the Company or the property.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Check-in residents to ensure banned guests are not in building.
• Ensures residents privacy.
• Assist in office projects as assigned.
• Assist in scheduling and noticing residents for pest control.
• Keeps desk area stocked with necessary materials.
• Information center for residents, vendors, and guests.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Customer Service experience.
• Ability to perform tasks requiring sustained repetitive motion and/or fine motor skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to read and write effectively.
• Ability to interact with guests and other employees in a courteous, empathetic, and discreet manner.
• Ability to understand and execute all safety and emergency procedures (i.e. fire, crowd control, inclement weather, and bomb threats).
• Ability to use basic office equipment.
• Ability to move freely within front desk area.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.
