Summary/Objective

The office manager is responsible for the coordination and documentation of inbound and outbound load information, while assisting customers in a courteous and efficient manner.

Essential Functions

• Schedule all outbound loads and enter load information into applicable computer system
• Make sure trucks and personnel are dispatched in the most efficient way
• Process all new hire, termination and disciplinary paperwork in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Maintain EIO Board, work orders and delegate as needed
• Responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with DOT and driver training
• Lead personnel and educate the team in Safety policies, procedures and training
• ACCESS – responsible for tracking and logging equipment hours, payroll hours and costs
• Maintain the PO log
• Assist the general manager with additional duties as needed
