It's all part of our unwavering commitment to creating opportunities and bringing value to customers and communities around the world.Job Title:Analyst III - Academies InfrastructureTime Type:Full TimeCity:BENTONVILLEState:ARPosition Description:Duties: Conducts data analysis for Academy projects and portfolio by collaborating with internal teams to identify analysis and reporting requirements; analyzing impact of project on the business; analyzing data (for example, gap analysis, time studies, root cause analysis); developing reporting formats to generate routine updates for management; interpreting analysis results for business partners; collaborating with project team to recommend solutions to the business problem; and reviewing data to ensure timely resolution of issues and consistency in the process. Assists in the development, standardization, and implementation of Academy programs and their procedures by coordinating and providing support on program milestones, risks, and issues in order to maintain project and portfolio quality; reviewing and recommending revisions to the Project Management Office governance and process; implementing processes and governance changes; ensuring proper process documentation; supporting the development and implementation of execution strategies; maintaining, reviewing, and issuing standard operating procedures, documentation, tools, and resources; and collaborating with the Activity Management Office (AMO) to support and monitor the activity roadmap for the Academies. Creates, implements, and maintains reporting tools and resources by understanding business needs and scope of work; determining the need for analytical tools and reports; determining and using project best practices (for example, project implementation, analytics procedures); building, and validating new analytical tools and reports; ensuring reporting and tool accuracy; evaluating pilot solutions before implementation; and developing and executing implementation, training, and communication plans.Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, Statistics, or related field and 2 years experience in program management, database architecture, process improvement, reporting, analytics, or related field OR 4 years experience in program management, database architecture, process improvement, reporting, analytics, or related field.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:• 2 years experience developing dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Tableau and Alteryx

5 years experience with SQL

Teradata and data warehousing experience

Data synthesizing and data modeling experience
