A Retail Banker must be knowledgeable in all product and protocol and provide extraordinary customer service, facilitate new account
relationships, explain and process financial services, and maintain a professional demeanor while performing the following duties.

The Retail Banker is required to actively prospect potential customers in order to increase Net Account Growth and obtain/exceed sales quotas, agreed upon by the Regional and Branch Manager.

The employee will also perform all duties of a teller to include: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cashier checks, money orders, cash advances, and other teller duties as deemed necessary.
