Alumacraft Boat Co. located in Arkadelphia, AR. is currently seeking a CNC Machine Operator.

This is a Full time Position... Experience is Highly Preferred.

Work Mon. - Thursday ! 4 - 10 hour Shifts.... Friday - Sunday Off

$1,000.00 Sign On Bonus

Purpose

Set up, operate, or tend machines to perform tasks such as cutting, milling or grinding parts.


Tasks

Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines. Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts. Read work orders or production schedules to determine specifications, such as materials to be used, locations of cutting lines, or dimensions and tolerances. Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result. Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct functions. Test and adjust machine speeds or actions, according to product specifications, using gauges and hand tools. Install, align, and lock specified punches, dies, cutting blades, or other fixtures in rams or beds of machines, using gauges, templates, feelers, shims, and hand tools. Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.
