Independent contractors receive $1.27 RPM +FSC


We pay $0.58 RPM to the truck for teams. This means each driver will make between $1,600 and $1,900 per week based on the miles we consistently give.


We will match teams


Out 2-3 weeks at a time


Family-owned company: drivers have a face and a name, not just a number


Company assistance to help company drivers become independent contractors


Health and dental insurance after first 30 days


401K with company match


Paid time off after 4 months with rollover option


$3,000 Hire-On Bonus


Team Bonus: up to $20,000 per driver


Safety Bonus: quarterly review, earn an extra penny for all your miles


Roadside Inspection Bonus: $100 every clean inspection


Referral bonuses: if you come on as a ready-made team, each driver will be eligible for half the team referral bonus as an extra sign-on perk
