21.5 years of age at the time of application
CDL A issued by the applicant’s current State of Residence
6 months verifiable tractor trailer driving experience in the last 36 months. Experience must be with a 48´- 53´ Trailer
No more than 18 months unverified/unemployed time in the past 36 months
