Job Description

Our company is searching for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will work directly with C-level executives and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. **_Job Responsibilities:_**

* Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, and interfacing with clients.

* Maintain and achieve corporate licensing in numerous locations.

* File and retrieve documents and reference materials.

* Reconcile C-level business credit card statements and submit expense reports.

* Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.

* Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.

* Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events.

* Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.

* Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications.

* Receive and interact with incoming visitors.

* Liaise with internal staff at all levels.

* Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.

**_General Education and Experience:_**

* At least 3 years experience reporting directly to senior management.

* Advanced Microsoft Office and Outlook skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm specific programs.

* Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
